MiSFY Studio ("the Service") is a social publishing workspace operated by Pride of Misfits Co., Ltd. at postiz.prideofmisfits.com. This policy explains what we collect from the people who use the Service and how we handle it.
Account information you give us: your email address, display name and password hash. Connection data: for each social account you connect, the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by that platform, plus the public profile identifiers that platform returns (open ID, username, display name, avatar). Content: the videos, images, captions and scheduled publish times you create in the Service, and the resulting publish status returned by each platform.
We use this information only to run the Service for you: to sign you in, to display your connected channels, to publish or schedule the posts you create, and to show you whether a post succeeded. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
When you connect a TikTok account we request only the scopes needed to operate the Service: user.info.basic to identify the connected account and show it in your channel list, and video.publish and video.upload to post or draft the videos you schedule. Data received from TikTok is used solely to display your connected account inside the Service and to publish the content you schedule. It is not shared with any third party and is not used for any other purpose.
We share your content only with the destination platform you have chosen for a given post. We do not otherwise disclose your data, except where required by law. The Service runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves; we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers in the application.
Tokens and profile data for a connected account are deleted when you disconnect that account in the Service, or when you revoke access from the platform's own settings. Your uploaded media and scheduled posts are retained while your workspace exists and are deleted when you delete your workspace. You can also request deletion of your account and all associated data by writing to the address below; we complete such requests within 30 days.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw your authorization for any connected platform at any time. Contact us at the address below.
Access tokens are stored on our own infrastructure with access limited to the operators of the Service. Traffic to the Service is encrypted with TLS.
The Service is not directed to children. You must meet the minimum age required by each platform you connect.
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this URL.
