MiSFY Studio ("the Service") is a social publishing workspace operated by Pride of Misfits Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") at postiz.prideofmisfits.com. The Service lets independent artists, DJs, promoters and live-music venues ("you") connect the social media accounts you own, upload your own videos and images, and schedule them for publication to your own profiles.
You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to hold an account on each social platform you connect, and you must comply with that platform's own terms.
You connect a social account by completing that platform's own authorization flow — for TikTok, this is TikTok Login Kit. By connecting an account you authorize the Service to publish and schedule content to that account on your instruction. You may disconnect an account at any time from within the Service, or revoke access from the platform's own settings. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store your content and transmit it to the platforms you have connected, at the times you schedule. You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful, is yours to publish, and complies with the rules of each destination platform, including the TikTok Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
Where you have connected a TikTok account, the Service publishes your video through the TikTok Content Posting API. You choose, for each post, the privacy setting (for example public, friends only, or private) and the interaction settings, and you can instead send the video to your TikTok inbox as a draft to finish in the TikTok app. We do not alter your content, and we do not publish anything you have not scheduled.
Do not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates a destination platform's policies; to publish to accounts you do not control; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend an account that does so.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties. Scheduled publication depends on third-party platform APIs and may fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a breach of these terms. On termination, your connected accounts are disconnected and your stored content is deleted.
We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this URL; material changes will be notified in the Service.
